In which countries will your data be processed?
The location for processing the data is in the United States, as that is where we have configured our cloud services from AWS to operate our platform.
Will your data be stored ONLY on your premises/systems/database?
No, your data will not be stored on your premises or systems. The data will be stored on Verix's secure cloud platform, which is managed and hosted by AWS. Thus via AWS we have robust security, backup, and scalability but this also means the data is stored off-premises for you.
Is your personal data processed by third parties (e.g., hosting services, cloud services, subcontractors)?
Yes, Virtualness uses third-party services which are global and reputed companies. The ones which would be most relevant are:
- Cloud - AWS
- Analytics - CleverTap & MixPanel
- Communication - SendGrid
These third parties are carefully selected based on security and privacy of the data handling and follow global data regulations and industry best practices, such as the GDPR and CCPA.
