How to create awards or event commemoratives with personalized design for multiple recipients?

To create award/commemorative with personalized design for multiple recipients

  • Click on the ‘Awards and Event Commemoratives’ option in the create section
  • Click on  ‘Create new awards/commemoratives’ or choose ‘Add awards/commemoratives to an existing event’ if you have already created one
Creating awards/commemoratives

Add event details

(This will be skipped if you choose ‘Add award/commemorative to an existing event')

  • Enter the 'Title of the event’ & 'Description'
Adding details about the event

  • Add Cover Image for the event. (A cover image is an icon for the collection of all the award/commemorative you’ll be adding in the event)

  • You can create event cover image using templates or
  • You can upload an image of your own in .png or .jpg format (For best experience use 1:1 square 1080x1080 px image)
  • Click 'Next'

Choose your design preference

  • Personalized design for multiple recipients
    • Create bulk award/commemorative with the same design, personalized with each recipient's name
    • You can customize the design by adding a placeholder for personalized fields (like the name of each participant). This can be done by adding text in square brackets on the template

Create award/commemorative design

After selecting the design preference, create the design for your award/commemorative. To do this you can do 1 of the following:

             1. Template: Use one of the templates that are available

             2. Create with AI: You can enter a prompt to generate a template for the award

             3. Upload: Upload the design of the award from your computer

  • Edit the text on the award/commemorative
  • Add the text ‘Recipient Name’ in square brackets [Recipient Name] in the design where you would like the recipient names to appear on the award/commemorative. (This will be added by default if you select one of the templates)
  • After editing the design, enter the ‘Number of recipients’
  • Click ‘Next’

Tell us more about this award

  • Add ‘Award Title’

The ‘Choose title suffix’ section will be selected as ‘Recipients Name’ by default.

  • Add the winner’s names in the ‘Recipient Name’ column
  • Add the Details of the winner in the ‘Description’ column, this is an optional field

The number of columns will depend on the ‘Number of recipients’ entered in the ‘Create award/commemorative design’ page. You can add a new column to add more recipients by clicking on ‘+’ Icon. You can remove a column by clicking over 3 dots and selecting ‘Delete row’.

  • Alternatively you can also download the template.csv file and add award/commemorative details as per the instruction given and re-upload the file in the same format

The csv template will have the following fields:

  • [Recipient Name]: This is the placeholder field that you have added for updating the customized information of the recipient. The csv file can have more of such fields if additional placeholders are added on the award/commemorative design
  • ‍description: Add a description to the award/commemoratives, you can personalize the description for each recipient if needed
  • claim_instruction: Add the instructions to claim the award/commemoratives

Note that you’ll not be able to change the Title of the commemoratives, Description, No. of Owners and External Link after the awards/commemoratives have been listed and claimed by the recipients.

  • Click 'Next'

Verify all the details and design of the award/commemoratives, if you need to change anything, you can click 'Go back' and make the changes. 

  • Click 'Create'

Your award/commemorative is now created. It's time to share it with your recipients by listing it.

  • Add ‘Award Title’
